What is Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)?

The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) supports companies keen on adopting IT solutions and equipment to enhance business processes.

PSG covers sector-specific solutions including the retail, food, logistics, precision engineering, construction and landscaping industries. These solutions have been pre- scoped by various government agencies such as Enterprise Singapore, National Environmental Agency (NEA) and Singapore Tourism Board (STB).

PSG Grant Eligibility

SMEs can apply for PSG if they meet the following criteria:

Registered and operating in Singapore

Purchase / lease / subscription of the IT solutions or equipment must be used in Singapore

Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding; with Company’s Group annual sales turnover less than S$100 million, OR less than 200 employees (for selected solutions only)

Log in at businessgrants.gov.sg using Singpass and register your company.

How much can I get from the PSG eCommerce grant?

Eligible Singapore SMEs can receive up to 50% funding support on the qualifying cost. For a SGD 10,000 project, you pay only SGD 5,000 after the grant.

Can I start the project before my PSG grant is approved?

No — you must not begin the project before receiving BGP approval. Costs incurred before the Letter of Offer (LOF) date are not eligible. iPro Dezign guides you through the correct order.

How long does PSG grant approval take?

PSG applications typically take 4 to 6 weeks for approval after submission on the Business Grants Portal (BGP).

What is a PSG Pre-Approved Vendor?
